The first 6 months, you think the company is good, until the honeymoon period passes and you realize the reality.
- Salary and benefits outside of market standards.
- Profit sharing policy is not transparent.
- Direct manager of a higher level does not care about their resources.
- There is no feedback.
- Career progression is not transparent.
- Non-existent HR; good luck trying to resolve any issue.
