Good pay, great people, a nice work area. Every year, there are great bonuses.
The workload is a nightmare. It became the norm to work extra hours just to get the job done, from what I observed in my two years of stay on the current project that I am part of.

As I understand it, Accenture has a very fast process. They will complete the all-round within a week and confirm the offer the same day. The pay is also good. Accenture is a good choice for freshers as well as experienced joiners.
