Good and professional culture, great value and principles, fairly good and stable salary increases. Managers are giving direction and helping us to adapt both personally and professionally, having career conversations and visibility on career promotion, etc.
I would say compensation and benefits in some cases might not equal the workload. Second, the high frequency of overtime work (less work-life balance) at least in my case.
