No support is provided if someone is not able to understand.
They expect you to work for 24 hours.
HRs are puppets of toxic managers and leads. Managers and leads can make you do anything. Very toxic work environment. No work-life balance.
Please understand the employees' point of view and align the project as per their skillset.
