Pros

Learning is good. Encourage employees to upskill themselves and gain some certifications. Many events are always held on the premises. Benefits are good.

Cons

Underpay their employees, even if you put in a lot more effort. There's less recognition, and you need to struggle a lot to get promotions. False promises from line managers are common. Accenture doesn't make their employees happy; they always want them to work more and more. They make full utilization of their resources by overloading them with work. Two to three managers are always behind you to track your progress and updates on the work.

Advice to Management

You should take care of your employees. They have families to feed.

If you make your employees happy, they will work for you from their heart. If you are putting two to three managers behind every employee to ensure whether they are working 100% or not, but false people-lead not taking care of them in terms of promotions, salary hikes, and their voice.
