Sadly, I do not see many benefits.
No work-life balance, highly unwanted processes, and is metrics-driven, which can be tweaked and does not deliver actual outcomes.
Sucks at Agile Transformation projects and is great at fooling clients.
Reduce workload. Team members have to take leave to complete pending work. The work is so much that you obviously can't complete it from Monday to Friday.
Focus on outcome rather than only metrics.
The interview process is quite simple, with one or two skill rounds. A manager round is followed by an HR round. Expect some delay in offer release, with multiple rounds of HR follow-ups.
It was two technical and one managerial round, followed by an HR discussion. After the technical discussion, you have to fill in the documentation. All the rounds will be on virtual video-enabled calls.
