Excellent training opportunities; many opportunities for career advancement.
It was not a good transition from my former company, from which they hired me to continue doing the same job for that company, now an Accenture client. That company told me I had to leave or go with Accenture. I had one week to decide. Since I was not looking to work for a consulting firm, it was not the best fit.

Applications Development Associate Manager
The interview process is quite simple, with one or two skill rounds. A manager round is followed by an HR round. Expect some delay in offer release, with multiple rounds of HR follow-ups.
