- Good clients, gives a wide range of experience.
- Lots of opportunities to work and grow.
- Very flexible in choosing projects.
- Can get relocated to any part of the US with much hassle.
Negotiate designation while joining. Once you are in the system, there are fewer opportunities to grow due to tough competition.
Not a good channel for employees with H1/L1 visas.
