A very bad experience if entered with a less than ideal pay scale
- Professional environment.
- Good facility to work.
- Choice of work location.
- Very bad for lateral joiners if joining on less payscale.
- Market correction of your CTC won't be done.
- Moderation and salary hike process is not transparent at all; they only fake that it is.
Please take feedback from juniors on their supervisor and take action on supervisors if they are getting negative feedback from multiple resources.
