Change in management leads to a toxic work environment
It was a great place to work until the change of management.
After the change of management, a lot of jobs were moved to India (pre-COVID), and the work environment quickly became toxic. They also removed many of the benefits.
Don't simply believe what some of the managers tell you. Some of them are only trying to save themselves so they can keep their position and not be the first one to go.
