Brilliant HR policies, motivated workplace.
I don't have any cons to report.
The interview process was very smooth. No technical questions were asked. They asked only to explain the project in detail. So, study at least two projects carefully, and also study about the company.
The interview level was moderate. They were specific to the resume and asked for our preference. Some puzzles were asked, and one scenario-based question was also asked. Their focus was on basic topics related to object-oriented programming languages
The interview was around 15-20 minutes. There were no technical questions, only project-related and HR-type questions. Basically, they checked communication skills and fluency in English. Accenture, I think, mostly prefers Java-trained candidates.
