Poor Working Environment with Bad Management
- If someone is able to get into the proper consulting domain, it is one of the best in the business.
- Preferably join locations like Pune, Bangalore, or Mumbai.
- Low salary.
- There's no option for growth.
- Management is horrible and does nothing but play blame games, without doing any proper work or management.
Management should learn to do their work properly instead of playing blame games. Half of the management (especially at the SAP domain) are devoid of any proper skills or knowledge and depend on their juniors for the entire project. Yet they are ready to throw any of them under the bus if things go wrong.
