When I first joined, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and approachable everyone was. My colleagues and managers were always ready to help, patiently answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable as I settled into the new environment.
When I first joined, there was a waiting period before getting allocated to a project. While training kept us engaged, the uncertainty around allocation was a bit stressful.
