They give you a logical and grammar exam. After passing, they will send an email stating that you passed and will reach out for the interview schedule, but they never did. I had to go to their office just to get an update after a month of waiting.

It consists of the usual pre-assessment exams such as aptitude, logic, and math exams. Then they will test your English skills. It is an average pre-assessment process, but they surely know who will pass. Even some of the smartest can fail.
