I attended the off-campus drive in August 2021. After the cognitive and coding exam results, they will call you for an interview based on merit. It was a very chill and frank interview session. Most of the time, they focus on how you are interacting

It was a very smooth interview process. First of all, they asked about myself, then went further with my academic projects. Finally, they asked most of the HR questions.

It was not a technical interview but more like an HR interview with questions on general awareness and project-related work. It is difficult to understand what the criteria for selection are after the interview.
