Software Engineer
Behavior and IQ test. The first round was a behavior and IQ test, then moved to the technical interview. Later, I got a callback with a job offer, however, I declined due to another offer on the table. Overall, it was pretty straightforward.

Seamless and employee-driven focuses on knowing the qualities of the candidate. Helps in making the candidate understand the roles they will be working for. I had answered random questions too.

The period between interviews was a little long, but it was an overall good experience with friendly managers and directors. It was about two weeks between each interview. The offer is reasonable for a fresh grad.
