Quick exposure to lots of technology, and if you are in an alright team, it's smooth.
No promotion, no pay raise, no leaves in an entire year. On paper, health insurance deductible, but no word from the management. Everything's hush-hush deals and totally not transparent. They work you like donkeys and pay you like donkeys as well.
No advice other than stop being corrupt.
Be proactive in employee welfare.
Ask people for a pay raise.
Give them feedback in a timely manner.
Stop being hush-hush and secretive about basic things like those.

Had a pre-screen phone call. They asked me questions about my experience with the listed technologies, specifically Azure and IaC. They said they would follow up either way. They never followed up.
