100% remote. Lots of freedom. Calm environment. Competitive salary (could pay more, but among the companies I worked for as a consultant, this one paid me the most). Certifications you want. They pay you 5,700 for internet. A bonus of 25% of your annual salary in December. And approximately every 3 months, they adjust your salary. They always pay on the 1st, and sometimes earlier.
A little disorganized at first, I entered a "bad project", but I always had my boss's support. Then they moved me to a quieter one, but it used a tech stack I didn't like. They could pay a little more, but they try hard, which is valuable.
