Good salary, benefits, and colleagues.
They don't care about you. Once they feel as though you aren't serving a purpose, you are gone. The sign-up bonus is also a trap to keep you. You have to pay it back, or after a month, it goes to collections.
Please be humane.

Had a pre-screen phone call. They asked me questions about my experience with the listed technologies, specifically Azure and IaC. They said they would follow up either way. They never followed up.
