Generally, it is a process of 3 calls and an in-person interview: 1. One with Human Resources. 2. One to assess English level. 3. A third technical one with the leader or head of the area where you will work.

Accenture’s interview process involves an online assessment, followed by a technical interview to test coding and problem-solving skills, and a final HR interview to assess cultural fit and communication abilities.

It was an Accenture iAspire program. First, we needed to complete the courses. After that, we had an aptitude assessment, then technical, and at last, there was an interview. The first round was gamified, which was quite easy. The technical assessme
