1. The Operations segment of Accenture needs improvement. Its policies are a bit different too, from other segments like Technology, Digital, Consultancy, etc. but still, it depends on the project. Most projects have a good reputation, but a few projects have earned a bad name. Try to avoid projects in Kolkata, especially Operations ones.

Only one piece of advice: try to make the Kolkata Delivery Center a better place to work. I have only worked from the Pune location, but I have heard a few horrible stories from employees posted in KDC.
