I felt that the company is trying to build its value with Generative AI, and this is a great turnover for all the IT companies in the market. The company has good bonuses and allowances for fresher candidates. Good to start as a fresher.
The pay scale is a bit less, which can result in job dissatisfaction, especially when you are giving 100% of your effort.

Two technical rounds, then followed by an interview with HR. HR didn't ask any technical questions. You just need to crack the technical rounds, and then you have high chances of getting the job.
Dotnet Developer
Good experience. Asked to write programs in Notepad with classes. Few basic ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and C# questions. Solid principles: abstract vs. interface, and when to use abstract and when to use interface.
