I felt that the company is trying to build its value with Generative AI, and this is a great turnover for all the IT companies in the market. The company has good bonuses and allowances for fresher candidates. Good to start as a fresher.
The pay scale is a bit less, which can result in job dissatisfaction, especially when you are giving 100% of your effort.
