- Good compensation
- Very good health insurance
- Poor work-life balance.
- Project deadlines are the highest priority, meaning that engineering development best practices (no unit tests, no code reviews, etc.) are not followed.
Compensation is already good; focus more on building an engineering culture, as the company's projects are mostly related to digital projects (software).
