Projects are mostly slow-moving, largely due to client processes.
A fair amount of job security.
Salary is at par with the market, may be low at times.
Slow career progression. Lots of politics involved in career growth and no transparency. There is a lot less opportunity for hands-on learning. Most of the time will be spent building documentation.
Management is doing a fairly good job. Of course, there are challenges in managing large organizations, and most of the problems are fairly common. Keep striving for excellence.
