Many government clients. A good company for application DBAs and architects. Also good for developer and infrastructure architects.
Not good for infra DBAs or system admins. Too much dependency on fresh offshore resources. Too much internal politics among mid and upper-mid management.
Reduce internal politics and train resources, especially on change management.
