Toxic, very weak leadership. HR a joke!
Leaving was such a relief!
No leadership. Management haven't got a clue. Old boys' network: mates get promoted above talent. Without a doubt, the worst place I've ever worked at.
I really don't have any advice that would fix it!

Was okay. Can answer basic questions about yourself and technical stuff about programming. You will have to answer an exam and pass the phone call interview. You could also do a face-to-face interview.
