I was asked to explain my project and some scenario-based questions. Some questions were about the company, like the Accenture CEO, and their current projects, slogan, and other details about yourself.
Three interviews in the span of three weeks. Firstly, a phone screen with HR. Secondly, an hour-long interview with panel members. Finally, a presentation. Overall, a very smooth process.
3 steps: meeting the hiring manager, then two other managers. Mainly discussions, no test. It was smooth and pleasant. The hiring manager shared the vision of the job very clearly.
