2. Flexible working hours, multiple onshore opportunities.
3. Great options for learning new technologies.
4. Average salary hike is 8-10%.
5. Always offer salary as per market standard.
6. Give hot skills bonus for niche skills to employees.

1. Poor appraisal cycle if you are not in the good books of your manager.

2. Don't spend more than 3 years in Accenture if you want a good salary for your profile.

3. Accenture hires new people instead of giving good hikes to current employees and encouraging them to perform well.

4. In one-to-one discussions, they set some expectations, and then in the year-end discussion for your appraisal, they change the expectation list and blame you for not doing activities which they never discussed with you.
