For me, Accenture is a family that constantly supports me and helps my development a lot. There is a very warm working environment with in-company trainings and employees who always support each other. There are many programs that we can benefit from within the company. I am very pleased with the opportunities and company structure that Accenture has provided us. Working with the Accenture culture and ethics here makes me feel very special.
There is nothing that I have observed so far as a disadvantage.
