I've been with Accenture since I graduated from college, and the environment helped me grow both technically and as a person.
Not sure if it's the same with other companies, but getting into a healthy project is based on your luck, so there is no guarantee that you'll be placed in a project with a healthy environment.
Nine working hours really takes a toll on work-life balance. I do not recommend staying for long unless you are really, really exceptional with your job.
