They gave me a decent water bottle when I started.
Little to no career development (unless you do AI). Unrealistic expectations on workload. No bonuses (for the past 2 years). Forced return to office (but not for management). Pay below market rate (part of their overall business strategy).
Apart from doing better, more clarity in communication. You can't offshore every job.
