In the development area, there are cool projects where you can contribute and be heard. It's a matter of luck, though. The people are generally good and make the work environment quite pleasant.

They offer:

Very low salary compared to the market. If you enter as a junior, it's difficult for them to grant you a promotion. They will consider you junior even if you lead a project on your own.

At the end of the day, it's a consultancy, so delivering excellent code is not the company's policy. However, there are initiatives from a few individuals to change that mentality, at least in the Java capability.

Take the opportunity to learn, enjoy the team (if you're lucky), and then find your path to a product company where you can grow technically if that's what interests you in your career.
