Large clients, Stable company, Good for learning management & consulting.
Low salary. Bureaucracy. Too much regular, unnecessary online training that people tend to skim through (no quality content). Arbitrary increasing inequality in the company, not matching the industry male to female ratio.
Concentrate more on how to get females to commit to IT, not how to get more females at the company from a pool of talent which is male-dominant.
