More flexibility and work-wise, average projects are there in terms of Java coding
Nice work culture, and you can easily balance your work and life. You can also work from home.
Growth is limited. In terms of pure coding, there are very few projects, so work-wise, it's an average company.
Management is pretty good. There is no interference in any part of the work.
