They treat me very well and I've gotten a good project. The atmosphere is great, the colleagues are lovely, and the bosses, both yours and the company's, make an effort to ensure you're comfortable.
It's difficult to get promoted and you depend a lot on the People Lead you get and how willing they are to help you. I would personally eliminate that role and let everyone fend for themselves.
