The first phase consists of a structured group interview with multiple tests. After a few days, we proceed with the HR interview. Finally, two technical interviews with the managers.

Interview conducted with a recruiter. They take practically everyone with a technical background. They need to hire, given the high turnover and people usually leaving after 3 years.

Very selective interview where the candidate's skills in the Java world are tested through questions and practical demonstrations; problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work even under stress are evaluated.
