I had an initial exploratory interview with HR followed by a technical interview. We discussed some programming concepts, SQL, Git, and problem solving, as well as a short practical exercise.

Introductory interview where they ask you why you want this job and want to know a bit about you, followed by a technical skills interview. In this interview they ask if you have specific skills and what you have done in the past.

Too many emails in English, although we were both Greek. I cannot comprehend with tests. It is a junior developer role, after all. Last but not least, I applied for an IT position, and HR interviewed me for a junior developer position.
