Pros

Gym benefit, card with lunch balance, very comprehensive prepaid health plan.

They pay for internal courses and training you undertake.

They assign you an experienced employee who assists and advises you on how to navigate the company.

Cons

They sell you with a higher level than you have, charge a lot, and pay you little in comparison. They enroll you in the commerce employees' union. The work environment depends on the project you join. It can be completely disorganized and with difficult, very hostile relationships; or it can be much more pleasant, organized, with a communicative team. Teams where you learn and adapt quickly or get fired. If you don't keep pace with the project, you get fired from the project or the company. Projects with "workaholic" employees, giving their all for the company and in love with their work, which makes you feel you have to be on the same wavelength, otherwise you fall behind. They don't let you openly choose a project, only from those with vacancies within your sector. They give you a strengths assessment, but they don't take them into account if they're not useful for the work they want you to do. Training to join the company doesn't necessarily conclude with assignment to the project you were trained for.

Advice to Management
