Pros

Benefits provided by the company are good, and a little fair enough for a service-based industry.

  • Promotions
  • Transport facility
  • Competitive Salary
  • On-time salary payouts
  • Biannual bonus
  • Big brand M.N.C.
Cons

Being a service-based industry, your area restricts you to the client you are working for.

Your work environment would depend on the project you are aligned to.

Getting removed from a project is not easy, sometimes impossible too, irrespective of whether you want to work in that project/technology or not.

Advice to Management

Senior management should not force employees to work under them. If an employee wants to change their domain or technology, seniors should talk to them and release them if the employee asks.

Many times, an employee doesn't want to work for a particular client, technology, or domain, but it is hard (sometimes impossible) to get decommissioned from the project.
