Job is easy and Monday to Friday. Unlimited sickness. Free snacks.
Mandatory work from office. Since the management change in Viacom a couple of months ago, it has really gone downhill. There is no leadership, a horrible atmosphere, and high turnover in TNS.
Fire the management and invest in training people instead of promoting and recycling the bullies from project to project. I will not leave or go out sick for months simply because you cannot do your job.
