I think I got lucky with the project I am on. I am working with a group of fantastic people. We bounce off each other all the time, sharing new ideas and insights.
Flexible with working hours when time off is needed. Really open atmosphere with colleagues. Room for growth (I was promoted within a few months after the team seeing my ability in my original role).
Can’t think of any as of now.
No advice. The project manager I am working under is a great leader.
