Very easy job once getting used to it (reviewing content on a daily basis).
Working 5 hours per day (2 hours for wellness + 1 hour for Lunch).
Almost no benefits or bonuses.
Keep working on training material because there’s not enough volume for work.
Salary is very, very low compared to other companies.
Bureaucracy is terrible! I was asked if I could work two weekends and I would get rewarded for it (150% more in terms of rate). I didn’t get what I was supposed to in the payslip, so I had to speak to the team leader about it, but he didn’t take care of it. I then addressed it to HR, and only after three months (and lots of emails and conversations) was it added to another payslip.
Treat Content Reviewers as professionals, please. Some of us relocate, especially for these jobs, to Dublin. You don’t even offer a relocation package!
Make sure your salaries are up to date with the markets or provide benefits or incentives to your workers, or otherwise Content Specialists will move to other companies such as Wipro, TikTok, or Facebook.
The interview process at Accenture for the role of a Quality Analyst typically involves several structured rounds designed to assess both technical and behavioral competencies. It begins with the application and shortlisting phase, where candidates
Yeah, it's quite difficult, but the time limit is less. I suggest you practice before the test related to the job description. The camera is on while in the assessment, and they make part of the assessment like five questions, all related to aptitude
I submitted my application on the Workday portal. Recruiter screening and then an interview with the manager. The manager and another person were in the interview. The following week, I got an offer and started training right away.
