For contractors, the salary pay is very low, and there is no confirmation after two years. So, you have to switch jobs while others are getting promotions doing the same amount of work. There are no future perspectives for contract employees.
Confirming contract employees, or at least giving them decent pay after they have put in two years of hard work at minimum wage, is the least you can do.
