This depends on the project you’re in. That makes it a toxic place and causes pressure and stress. The pressure is too high to bear because the leads are using a micromanagement approach. This has caused the resources to feel undervalued and resign. Hoping this will change.
An FGD with HR would be great to get employees' opinions. Check the management approach of each project within. Work-life balance.
