Much ado about nothing
The benefits add up, but they don't make much of a difference. I was lucky enough to get a very good team and I was able to enter through the bootcamp.
The salary is not competitive at all. While the benefits add up, they also come out of the salary. If you are under a collective agreement, raises are tied to the union, and in May 2025 they will require you to go to the office.
