Major improvement within management.
It's hard to be promoted without being friends with management outside of work.
We need more diversity in management roles.
This is an excellent company for those driven to work above all else. This is paid back in generous bonuses, benefits, and salary. The management is very supportive, but aggressive timelines make projects intense.
