Maybe there were some pros, but my bad luck.
They put me to support a project where I needed to monitor the jobs. Before hiring, they told me they were hiring for development.
I tried my best to release from the project, but no one listened. The worst HR I've ever seen until now. There was no project change policy. I resigned in the end.

Senior Applications Developer
There were two technical rounds and one HR round. All the rounds were telephonic. Basic knowledge on the tool and technology was asked. The second technical round was most likely the managerial round.
