Stable job with no increment. Nobody will say anything if you don't work. If you have good luck, you can get maximum benefits.
The variable bonus policy is fraudulent. At the time of recruitment, it is said the variable bonus is based on your performance. But this is untrue. DU leads do not give bonuses to anyone apart from their favorites. No matter how hard you work, you will only get 40 percent of your bonus in a year. So, if your bonus is 1 lakh rupees, you will get only 40 thousand rupees. When you ask HR why your variable bonus is so low despite working hard, they will give you a complex formula to calculate in an Excel sheet.
If you ask your supervisor, you will hear that you haven't done anything. You say you have client appreciation, and you will hear, "Who asked you to work hard for the client? The client is not paying extra money, so don't work hard. Work for internal projects."
If you are the kind of person who can keep yourself in the manager's eye among 200-300 people, that's good. Otherwise, all your hard work will be lost.
Kindly stop this fraudulent variable policy. Accenture has billions of dollars, but an employee has his salary only, which he has to take care of his family. So, in the name of God, kindly don't do this.

Worst interview process ever. I don't know if my experience will make any impact on the recruitment process or not, but still, I genuinely wanted to make others aware of this scam. Usually, there's a technical round followed by managerial and HR rou
Technical round - Medium question in both WM and MM SAP. Introduce yourself. Basic MM/WM questions. Scenario-based questions. Explain the business process. HR round - Salary discussions. Considered my another offer.
