If you are an idiot, you can have a great career. Also, ACN pays for certifications.
Any project is a different company. The management is what makes the difference: if your managers are poor idiots (like mine), you never grow (unless you're an idiot too).
They see you as cannon fodder, and work-life balance is not contemplated at all. When you reach goals that they expected from you and you claim your reward (level, salary increase, bonuses), they will find a way to turn this around to justify their decline.
Please find a real work.
A very awkward, one-way experience going through your CV line by line, asking you about every little detail. I've had interviews before, and this one has to be the worst experience for me because the interviewer had zero personality and was super rob
The interview process was straightforward, well-organized, and efficient. Communication was prompt, and each step was clearly explained. It was a smooth experience that made the entire process feel easy and professional.
The interview process was good, and onboarding was also good. There are 3 to 4 rounds based on your experience: * Technical Test * Technical Discussion * Technical Discussion with the lead * HR discussion
