A typical interview process includes these steps: * Application review * Initial screening (phone or video) * Technical/skills assessment * Behavioral interview * Panel interview * Cultural fit discussion * Final round with leadership Post-intervie

It was very easy. Only one technical round was there, and they asked questions related to my project and a few scenario-based questions. Some basic SQL questions and a few Unix commands were also asked.

Three interviews in which I had written that I was available to work as a consultant. In the end, the low offer came for an employment contract. Four of us wasted time.
